Intex Aqua Glam With 8-Megapixel Front Camera Launched
Intex has launched what it is calling its “maiden offering for females”, the Aqua Glam, priced at Rs. 7,690. Apart from an 8-megapixel selfie camera, the smartphone comes studded with Swarovski crystals on the side panel, and a Pink and Champagne colour variant. It also comes preloaded with some women-specific apps.The Intex Aqua Glam runs Android 5.1.1. Lollipop, and features a 4.7-inch HD (720×1280 pixel)display. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6580 SoC, coupled with 1GB of RAM. Apart from an 8-megapixel front-facing camera, it features an 8-megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash. Camera features include panorama, face beauty mode, live photo mode, gesture capture, smile shot, HDR, face detection, Voice capture, and anti-shake for the front camera.The Aqua Glam comes with 8GB of built-in storage that is expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB). It is powered by an 1850mAh battery. Connectivity options include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB. It weighs in at 116.2 grams, and measures 139.3x69x7.4mm. The smartphone also supports MediaTek’s HotKnot connectivity, similar to NFC in terms of application, apart from the Smart Wake feature.
