We consistently work towards the protection of our customer's interests. Hence, We Offer you an easy process to return products, whenever applicable.
You can place a Return request within 10 days of order delivery. However, in the case of Damaged/Missing Product, the Return request should be filed within 2 days of delivery.
Return request will be reviewed by BazaarMitra.
If required, the request will be shared with the merchant for his/her approval.
You have to dispatch the product. The courier charges will be reimbursed by BazaarMitra if replacement or refund is made to you.
After the product is received, it is verified against your claim and accordingly, Replacement or Refund is initiated. Please note that Replacement would depend upon the stock availability with the respective merchant.

Conditions Of Replacement:-
(a). If the product is wrong in color/ size/ style.
(b ). If you have received a wrong item instead of what you have ordered.
(c). If you are not satisfied with the Product in terms of authentic / Quality / Expiry Date.
(d). If the product has manufacturing defect/non-functioning (Not applicable, if the product is under Manufacturer’s Warranty)
(e). If the product is physically damaged/tampered product or packaging
(f). If the product has wrong Quantity means missing Products/parts.
(g). If you didn't receive Invoice/Warranty (Available on Electronics only).

Product Return won't be accepted If -
(a). If Products are Altered/ Used.
(b). If Product is Returned without Original Packaging (price tags, labels & accessories)
(c). If Serial Number has tampered
(d). For a Defective product that is covered under Seller/Manufacturer's Warranty or Reported after 10 days of the Delivery
(e). For Damaged/Missing product that is reported after 2 days of the delivery
(f). For Products sold under specific promotions, details of which would be mentioned on the Product page and Terms & Conditions page.

Categories which are not eligible for Returns/ Replacement -
(a). Healthcare Products
(b). Customized Products
(c). Undergarments, Lingerie, Swimsuits, Underarm pads, Socks, etc.
(d). Perishables including Flowers, Edibles, etc.
(e). E-learning & Music CDs/ DVDs

Replacement Timeline:-
We initiate the replacement or refund within 2 working days of receiving the product at our center.
The replacement may get delayed or declined if the product received by us is not as per your claim or in the case of missing Order ID on the package.
